Hitchcock

" All intellect must be used for the good of mankind? Brandon Shaw in Hitchcock's Rope would have immediately shot everyone around him in an attempt to erase those words from ever being said in his presence. What would the world be like if social classes were built according to intellect? Certainly, there would be an overwhelming reduction of wealthy rappers who were limited to a 6th grade education, porn-stars would be solely driven by their pitiful raging sex-drives rather than desperate means for money, and young hollywood's sickenly rich lifestyles would send them all directly to downtown LA where if lucky, they can gather enough cardboard to build a comfy bed, and hire mice to buy cocaine for them. The world is unfair. In my dad's words: "It's easy to be a good person, but hard to have judgment" He's said many things and this, for once, I agree with. To be in margin with words and actions, that is something to greatly admire in others. But ever-since taking interest in neuroscience, I have come to blame everything on our brain, and evolution too. Yes. Millions of years of evolution yet some people seem to have retained a primitive mindset(and names shall be exempt from notoriety) You are welcome. "
